Lawyer, auditor and tax advisor Dr Gregor Weimer is a salary partner at the Berlin office and a member of the energy law practice group.

One focus of his work is providing legal and tax advice to companies (including energy supply companies, property companies, industry, project developers and start-ups) with regard to the generation, distribution and consumption of energy. Dr Gregor Weimer advises our clients in and out of court on regulatory issues, contract design and taxes, levies and charges.

He also specialises in advising on the interface between corporate and tax law. Dr Gregor Weimer has extensive experience in M&A transactions, structuring advice and the restructuring of medium-sized companies and groups of companies.
