Previously, Gudrun Egenolf was employed at various law firms, most recently as an authorized signatory at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal. She has extensive knowledge and practical experience in the field of labor law due to her many years of experience as a lawyer and specialist in labor law. She primarily advises companies in the public sector as well as medium-sized businesses in all areas of individual and collective labor law. Her primary focus is assisting clients with corporate restructurings, transfers of companies and changes in operations. Another focus is the execution of upstream legal due diligence in corporate transactions. In addition, she advises companies on deploying external personnel and individual personnel measures, particularly on establishing and terminating employment relationships.
