Profile
Renate Müller has been a Partner at Mazars since 2023 and is responsible for Corporate Recovery Services. Previously, she was a Partner in multidisciplinary and international partnerships of lawyers, auditors and tax consultants for many years, most recently as a Partner at Andersen. Renate Müller gains 20 years of experience advising on cross-border restructuring cases, insolvency and liquidation proceedings and NPL transactions. She strongly focuses on advising managing directors, shareholders, supervisory boards, creditors and investors on corporate and insolvency law in cases of restructuring, pre-insolvency restructuring and insolvency proceedings as well as on the procedural enforcement and defense of corporate and insolvency claims. She has particular expertise in advising investors and special servicers on banking and real estate law on due diligence, the acquisition and the work-out of loan portfolios.
