Olaf Letzner has been a Manager at Mazars since 2019. From 2003 till 2018, he worked as a lawyer at PwC Legal and its predecessor companies in the public services department in Stuttgart, Leipzig and Berlin. He is mainly focused on state aid and public procurement law. His industry focus is the (municipal) transport industry. He has particular expertise in advising public authorities concerning the financing of transport services and the implementation and monitoring of direct awards of transport services by Regulation 1370/2007.
