Françoise Dammertz joined Mazars in 2005 and is a Partner in our law firm, responsible for asset and business succession at the Berlin office. In the meantime, she worked for ETL Rechtsanwälte GmbH in Berlin for two and a half years, where she developed her succession practice area. She continues to be active in her field as a referent on inheritance and inheritance tax law at many events, universities and academies. She advises on drafting contracts and wills, assists with tax declarations and the activities of executors.
