• Assistance in the preparation and consultation on the procedures for granting concessions, particularly in the areas of energy, drinking water, and wastewater

Guidance in bidding procedures

• Preparation and implementation of competitive bidding procedures in the context of privatisation endeavours and other divestment plans

• This includes, among other items, examination of the nature of a contracting body and the applicable procurement rules, clarification of tendering obligations in connection with the contract conclusion, and the amendment and/or extension of contracts
