Dr. Funcke: Co-chair of Real Estate Practice Group
30.09.2019 – Dr. Jan Christoph Funcke, lawyer and partner at Mazars is now acting as new co-chair of the Real Estate Group of the Marcalliance network. In this role, he supports Claudia Mathiasen who is a partner at the Danish law firm Winsløw. Marcalliance is an international alliance of 23 independent law firms that provides legal advice in 22 countries.
Funcke und Mathiasen particularly want to improve the cooperation between the law firms of the worldwide Marcalliance network.
Consulting business continues to grow together through cooperation
“I am looking forward to working together with Claudia Mathiasen to further advance the cooperation between all the members of the Real Estate Practice Group”, explains Funcke. “Legal real estate issues are also becoming increasingly global. Therefore, it is important to be able to advise clients in all regions of the world on real estate law.”
“With Jan Christoph Funcke we are gaining a capable and very dedicated expert for our network”, says Mathiasen. “In the coming months, we will highlight the real estate law and cross-border expertise of our network and therefore our performance as Marcalliance.”
Together with Rudolf von Raven, Funcke is in charge of real estate law law at Mazars in Germany. Based in Berlin, he advises national and international investors on all questions of real estate law.
He specializes in real estate transactions and has proven expertise in the asset classes residential and commercial.
