MAZARS advises French SII S.A. in the acquisition of Rücker Aerospace GmbH

Rücker Aerospace GmbH is based in Wiesbaden and specialised in aerospace engineering. Together with its subsidiaries Rücker France S.a.r.l. and Silver Aerospace B.V. as well as the two joint ventures Rücker-CT Engineering GmbH and Rücker-SIER GIE and other companies in the Netherlands and Canada, the group achieved in 2013 a turnover of about 25 million euros. Their main customer is Airbus.

The Paris based listed SII S.A. is operating in the same market. Through the acquisition of the shares as of 1st April 2014, SII has gained access to the German market for aerospace engineering. SII is no client of MAZARS in France.
