Profile

Alexander Labus is a partner and head of our Munich office. He specialises in international commercial law. His practice focuses on transactional work (M&A), where he has many years of experience in advising on complex national and international corporate transactions (share and asset deals). Alexander Labus also holds a Master's degree in Sports Law (Master's thesis on the break-even rule of UEFA's Financial Fair Play). He specialises in various aspects of sports law, including advising investors on investments in sports clubs and providing comprehensive support to athletes. Alexander has also worked and studied in Spain for several years. He heads and is responsible for our Spanish Desk and is also a member of various German-Spanish committees. He also has a general industry focus in the automotive, recruitment and energy sectors.
