Bernd Günter has been a partner in our Munich office since 2024 and is responsible for the employment law department. He advises and represents our clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. He has particular expertise and many years of experience in the labour law structuring and support of M&A and restructuring projects, in issues relating to the use of external staff, the employment relationships of board members, managing directors and other executives, as well as in the area of compliance with labour and social security law.
He has particular industry experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors, public sector companies, the chemical industry, SMEs and start-ups.
