A common feature of almost all crisis situations is the loss of trust between the stakeholders. In many cases it is no longer possible to get the parties at one table for amicable talks. This makes it all the more difficult to develop expedient solutions.
For us, one of the most important tasks in a crisis is assuming the role of a “neutral third party” in the best interest of our client. We represent the interests of all the parties involved in the process and weigh them against each other. We can carry out our task objectively because we are not baised and do not pursue any interests of our own.
