BilMoG Final Round– Workshop
After many rounds in the ring, the German Accounting Law Modernisation Act (Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz - BilMoG) took effect in May 2009. Through BilMoG, accounting should become simpler, more modern and more internationally comparable. For companies, BilMoG also means painstakingly detailed adjustments.
The regulations amended by BilMoG mostly take effect in the coming financial year, although individual regulations are already to be considered in the annual financial statements as of 31 December 2009.
We cordially invite you to our workshop “BilMoG Final Round”, where we will present the significant amendments to commercial law by means of a case study and real life examples and above all show you the resulting consequences for your company. With our workshop, we would like to directly support you with your preparations for this year’s financial statements as well as with your preliminary work for the coming changes as of the financial year 2010.
