Personal support right from the start
At MAZARS Hemmelrath we handpick our staff and support them right from the start. That’s why no one feels like an anonymous cog in the machinery.
All staff members have direct access to the partner who is responsible for their professional and personal support. In addition, seasoned auditors and consultants look after their younger colleagues through our Mentor Programme and support them as best they can – be it through preparations for exams, internal training courses or through regular personal talks.
